Fulfillment Policy for MCIT, Inc.
and Business Software Consulting 
 

1. Software Development Services 

Project Initiation: Once a project is confirmed and the initial payment is received, the project will be scheduled and resources allocated.

Deliverables: Software development deliverables will be specified in the contract, including milestones, final products, and any necessary documentation.

Timeline: Project timelines will be agreed upon in the contract. Delays from the client’s side (e.g., late provision of required information or resources) may result in adjustments to the timeline.

2. Hosting Services
Activation: Hosting services will be activated upon the receipt of payment. Account details and access credentials will be provided via secure email within 24 hours of payment processing.

Service Level: We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

3. Equipment Sales
Order Processing: Orders for equipment will be processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by location and will be detailed at checkout.

Availability: All equipment sales are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after the order is placed, the customer will be notified and given the option to wait, substitute for another item, or cancel the order with a full refund. 

Cancellation Policy Software Development Services: 
Cancellations made within 7 days of signing the contract will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost.
Cancellations after 7 days or once the project development has started cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy Hosting Services:
Customers may cancel their hosting services with a 30-day notice. Prepaid fees beyond the cancellation period will be refunded on a prorated basis. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the next renewal date.

Cancellation Policy Equipment Sales:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped without any penalty. If the equipment has already been shipped, the customer must return the item at their expense, in its original condition, within 14 days for a refund.

Refund Policy Software Development Services:
No refunds are provided once a project has commenced, unless the company fails to deliver per the agreed-upon specifications.

Refund Policy Hosting Services: Refunds for hosting services are only provided on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the service, following a cancellation notice.

Refund Policy Equipment Sales: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in unopened and original condition to qualify for a full refund. A restocking fee of 15% applies to opened or used items that are returned in a resalable condition.

Modifications to the Agreement:
