Trial Balance

The trial Balance Report shows a list of all GL Accounts and their Balances.

You will be prompted to select a period. The report then will only include transactions from period one to the one you selected (see setup periods). Furthermore, you have the chance of hiding the accounts with zero balances; this usually makes the report more readable. The report shows the balance of the accounts in the Debit or Credit Columns depending on the normal balance of this account. However, at the end of the report the total credit must equal the total debits.
