Search for Customer

1. Search for a customer by clicking in the yellow folder to the right of the Customer Id.

2. Click on the colored button to indicate whether you want your customer search to be conducted online or offline.

3. You can change the results of the search by selecting a salesperson to search by and/or changing the “Criteria” and “Search By” fields.

4. When you already set your criteria for the search, click the “Search” button.

5. You can scroll through the list by click the “Up” and “Down” buttons.

6. Once you have found the right customer, click on appropriate row and then click the “Select” button.
