Customer Statements

This form allows you can print the statements for the customers that require it (See customer setup). You can print statements for one or many customers. You can also print statements for customer groups. This is a very useful feature if you sell to a chain of stores that requires a consolidated statement. The transactions can be filtered by date range. Therefore, this allows you to print statements for prior months or years if you need to. In addition to this, you can filter the customer selection only for customers that have balances.
