All Sales Orders

This report will show all the sales order made in a specific period.

First, go to the main menu and click on Reports/AR Reports/ All Sales Orders. As shown on the picture below.

For this report the user is able to choose a "Sales Person" or a "Vendor", also the user has the option of selecting a especific period of time. This report has four different formats:

1- "Summary" which shows a brief description of all the transactions.

2- "Detail" which has the same information as the summary format, plus the name of the items ordered on each sales order.

3- "Item Details" which shows the quantity ordered for each item.

4- "Approved Orders" which just prints a report with the sales orders approved.
